Welcome to Llandysul Paddlers — a unique fusion of outdoor adventure, youth development, and elite sport.
Since our founding in the heart of West Wales, we’ve grown into a nationally respected hub for high-quality, bespoke outdoor experiences, alternative educational provision, and competitive canoe slalom. Our mission remains crystal clear: to empower young people through purposeful adventure, build confidence and resilience, and nurture world-class talent in paddle sport.
Adventure Residentials for Schools
We specialise in delivering bespoke residential adventures for schools that go beyond the ordinary. Every programme is tailored to suit your learners’ needs — combining outdoor challenge, environmental awareness, and personal development.
From canoeing and kayaking to coasteering, climbing and bushcraft, students experience a safe but exciting environment that fosters teamwork, independence and leadership. Our experienced instructors work closely with educators to ensure our residentials support curriculum goals, wellbeing, and real growth.

Alternative Provision with Purpose
We are proud to be recognised as a trusted provider of alternative education and intervention programmes for young people who thrive outside the traditional classroom.
Through outdoor learning, coaching, and a supportive environment, we help young people re-engage with learning, develop self-esteem, and build a positive future. Our provision is proven in improving attendance, behavior, and confidence.

A National Force in Canoe Slalom
Llandysul Paddlers isn’t just a club — it’s one of the UK’s most successful canoe slalom programmes. We have a proud history of producing athletes who compete at the highest levels, including national champions and GB team members.
Our club offers a clear progression pathway from beginner paddlers right through to elite competition. Led by passionate, high-performance coaches and backed by a strong community, we provide access to top-tier facilities and year-round training opportunities.

Sessions are £10 per session or Free if you are a Gold Member
Morning Session 9.30 am to 12 noon
